The aim is to ensure that the goods - which were seized by the national state for international trade offences - are returned to society in a beneficial way, thus integrating a virtuous cycle. The products are linked to a case in which the National Economic Criminal Court No. 6, headed by Judge Marcelo Aguinsky, has intervened, and their donation represents a historical precedent, since they are the object of trademark fraud and the affected company decided to donate them instead of destroying them, as is usually the case. In fact, the 7,848 pairs of trainers that made up this donation bear apocryphal New Balance brand inscriptions. In total, they consist of no less than 4,229 kg of sports shoes.
